1. Equipment must be prepared:
- Holder blade
- Thread square chisel
- Dial caliper
- Ring thread gauge
- Half smooth file
- Centre gauge
- Live centre
- ISO 2
- ISO 6
2. The step process
- Prepare the work piece clamp into chuck
- Facing just clean and facing turn the size of long material with ISO 2
- Make of mayor diameter 19mm with ISO 6
- Take the live centre in tail stock Set the clamp of work piece into chuck centre
- Set feeding system into thread system
- Set the chisel with holder blade and centre gauge insert with tool post
- Turn on the machine and touch blade with work piece and set zero
- If the work piece has already marking with chisel check with dial caliper (5 TPI)
- Continue the turn the thread process doc max 0,1-0,5 mm
- Be careful with your feed
- Make the work piece according to worksheet
3. The Finish
- Check and measure the each of size your workpiece with dial caliper
- Clean up with half smooth file
- Measure thread with ring thread gauge
- Finish release the work piece form chuck
